The School of Religious Studies offers several two year programs.
The programs are designed to place evangelistic preachers in pulpits and on the mission fields.
SRS develops and trains evangelistic teachers for Bible school classes, encourages evangelistic elders
ASSOCIATE
THEOLOGY
The Associate of Theology is designed to increase both the depth and breadth of theological training and to sharpen the skills necessary for scholarly work. This 120-unit degree requires three to four calendar years of full-time study, or may be completed over a longer period, up to a maximum of seven year
ASSOCIATE
CHRISTIAN COUNSELING
The Associate of Christian Counseling (ACC) program seeks to provide Christian training in biblical, theological, and psychological disciplines. Those who complete this training program in counseling may expect significant growth in their professional development in preparation for Christian and/or secular employment opportunities. A major feature of the program is its commitment to supervised clinical practicum experience. Students will experience a variety of professional practicum sites as well as regular supervision in a clinical setting. Students will often have opportunities to participate in seminars, workshops, staff meetings, group supervision, and other professional development.
ASSOCIATE
DIVINITY
The Associate of Divinity degree program is designed to prepare men for competent and faithful service to the church and to the world. Recognized by most churches as the basic theological degree, the Associate of Divinity at the School of Religious Studies is built around a core of biblical, historical, theological, and ministerial studies. The Associate of Divinity is the basic degree in theological education. This degree is a comprehensive program of studies designed to prepare graduates to serve as pulpit ministers, counselors, Christian educators, campus ministers, other ministers of the church, and chaplains.
